VENDOR/EXHIBITOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Contract: This application for space, when accepted by the Club shall constitute a contract between the Exhibitor and the Club, and in addition to its terms, shall include and incorporate the Exhibitors terms and conditions printed on this application.
1. Payment: Full payment must be submitted with application. Please send completed application along with your payment (Cheque or Money Order) made payable to Ana Nair, Pet Valu, 10909 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, Ont, L4C 3E3
2. N.S.F. Cheques: There is a $35.00 service charge for all N.S.F. cheques.
3. Cancellation: In the event that an Exhibitor wishes to cancel prior to August 31, 2007, a refund of monies deposited less 50% will be made upon receipt of written cancellation. No refund of exhibit space payment will be made after August 31, 2008.
4. Management reserves the right to change the events planned for the day at its sole discretion.
5. Postponement: Management reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event at its sole discretion. All monies will be refunded to the Exhibitors and Sponsors.
6. Insurance: The Exhibitor is solely responsible for the products.
7. Damages: Management will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, general, special, consequential or otherwise to the Exhibitor, its agents, employees or visitors to its exhibits.
8. Non-Delivery: Management will not be liable for failure to deliver the space in the event of the building becoming unavailable through fire, act of God, strikes, the authority of the law, or any other cause beyond its control.
9. Sub-License: Space contracted by the Exhibitor may not be “sublet” without the prior written permission of Show Management.
10. Regulations: Management has the right to make such changes, amendments and additions to these Terms and Conditions, as it deems necessary to the proper conduct of the Show.
11. Vendors and Exhibitors must stay the duration of the entire show. There shall be ABSOLUTELY NO dismantling or take down of any part of Vendor/Exhibitor’s booth(s) prior to the show closing time of 4:00 p.m.

Who is York Region K9 Klub?
York Region K9 Klub (YRK9KLUB), is the brain child of Ana Nair, who realized a need in the community for a networking group for dog owners and their families.
K9Klub exists to provide York Region residents with the opportunity to:
– Meet other like minded dog owners
– Build a network of dog owners you can entrust your pet to for vacation or emergency situations
– Access information on training, socializing, diet and other pet needs
– Locate local high quality, dog products and services providers
K9Klub is growing!

Nature's Template™ - Ethologist - John's Training Philosophy
The most common thing I hear from dog owners is that there is too much conflicting dog training information. Dog owners are told that to train a puppy from playing too roughly with its mouth they should distract it with a chew toy and give it a treat, or give it a time out etc. Unruly behavior at the door is to be met with shaker cans, water bottles etc.
My approach is based on what I call Nature's Template™ or natural behavior. My job as a dog trainer is to show dog owners how Nature's Template™ applies to day to day interactions with their dog. http://www.johnwade.ca/
